Investigative reports of journalist priceless: Minister

Imphal, Aug 30 : Manipur Health Minister H Parijat today said investigative journalism should be encouraged to make people aware of issues which were not known before.

The Minister was speaking as the Chief Guest of a seminar on Investigative Journalism in Manipur, which was organised by Khollao Thakhai a fortnightly publication of Communist Party of India at Press Club.

Mr Parijat further observed that the reports published after thorough research were priceless.

After analysing the reports, people could benefit and act on various issues, he added.
