Imphal, Sep 22 : A 12-hour state-wide general
strike imposed by proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (Maoist) against
the alleged enforced disappearance of RPF/PLA assistant publicity
secretary G.M Changjou passed off peacefully without any strike related
incident.

today completely paralyzed the valley districts with inter and intra

on the roads of Imphal even as government offices show lean attendance.
